REST – Rapid Embrace Self Therapy is a goal and solution-focused Hypnotherapy that I have created. Truly mind-bending (I was told) and solution-orientated! Embrace self, or if you like, ‘self-acceptance’ is finally seeing yourself as you really are (quite frankly, that is a much nicer experience than it might sound!).
